LYRICS:

Nuclear Reaction Boy  I’m sitting alone in my bedroom filled with nothing to the brim  There’s garbage all over the floor and I smell like shit  I haven’t slept in 3 days and you could probably tell  Because the dark circles under my eyes are beginning to take over  I’ve finally got a solution that benefits no one  Say your goodbyes  I’ve got nothing left to do and so I’ll probably blow up  Like a nuclear reaction inside my head  And please don’t ask me how I’m doing  I’ll probably blow up  I’m so sick of staying in I’ve run out of time to waste  Because my brain is sitting still collecting dust  It goes to show what someone will do  When there’s nothing left to I’ve finally got a solution that benefits no one  Say your goodbyes  I’ve got nothing left to do and so I’ll probably blow up  Like a nuclear reaction inside my head  And please don’t ask me how I’m doing  I’ll probably blow up  Great Expectations  Caution and self control thrown to the wind  Sometimes it’s hard to get up when you just can’t win  So go and light that fuse  Burn up and in and out  And forget all your troubles rest your weary eyes  And ignore that gnawing feeling building up inside your mind  Don’t go looking for me  Because I won’t hang around  You know where I am  And I wonder if anyone still cares And I wonder if you’re still there I’ve got great expectations coming from the  Great expectations pressing on me  Great expectations coming from the top  Driving around town with our windows down  With the wind blowing through your hair  As we blow another red light I see a reason to exist is evading me  But you’re confident I’m still into you  Don’t go looking for me  Because I won’t hang around  You know where I am  And I wonder if anyone still cares And I wonder if you’re still there I’ve got great expectations coming from the  Great expectations pressing on me  Great expectations coming from the top  Great expectations  Great expectations  Coming from the top  I’ve got great expectations coming from the  Great expectations pressing on me  Great expectations coming from the top  Sell out  Well I know you can't work in fast food all your life  But don't sign that paper tonight  She said "But it's too late" Then, I don't remember what I read I don't remember what they said I guess it doesn't matter Guess it doesn't matter anymore 'Cause you're gonna go to the record store  You're gonna give 'em all your money  Radio plays what they want you to hear  They tell me it's cool, I just don't believe it Sell out, with me, oh yea Sell out, with me tonight  The record company's gonna give me lots of money and  Everything's gonna be alright  No more flipping burgers putting on my silly hat, you know  I don't want that no more And I didn't ask when we'd get paid I quit my day job anyway I guess it doesn't matter Guess it doesn't matter anymore  'Cause you're gonna go to the record store You're gonna give 'em all your money  Radio plays what they want you to hear Tell me it's cool, I just don't believe it  Sell out, with me, oh yea  Sell out with me tonight The record company's gonna give me lots of money  And everything's gonna be And I don't think it'll be so bad  And I know it won't be so bad  'Cause the man said "That's the way it is"  And the man said "It don't get better than this"  No, no, no  So I signed on to the record company  They say they're gonna give me lot's of money If I play what they want you to hear  Tell me it's cool, and I'll sure believe it Sell out, with me, oh yea  Sell out with me tonight The record company's gonna give me lots of money  And everything's gonna be alright Yeah, yeah yeah, yeah yeah The record company's gonna make everything alright "Baby, don't you sign that paper tonight" she said "But I can't work in fast food all my life" What It Is  It’s been three weeks since we’ve last talked  But who’s counting anyways  Please tell me what I did wrong  Because I’m clueless to the point of ignorance  I don’t know  I should know  I don’t know  All I know is that I don’t know nothing  Leave me alone because I wasn’t paying attention  And forgive me for not giving a shit  I honestly don’t even know  What it is  (Let’s go) You know I never meant to hurt you  If this is a vice than I wish no virtue  Please give me just one more chance  I’m tired of feeling sorry for myself  I don’t know  I should know  I don’t know  All I know is that I don’t know nothing  Leave me alone because I wasn’t paying attention  And forgive me for not giving a shit  I honestly don’t even know  What it is
