Dog Safe Records is a DIY label run by Luke Fishtank. It was founded in February 2023 as a way to make cassette tapes for projects Luke was associated with. The label has found its way into being more of a collective, and as a platform to have all of Luke’s and his friends different projects in one place. 

    The name was based off of one of Luke’s songs “Mr. Dog Safe”; a song about a dog–piggy-bank with a lot of swagger. The main logo was created by Avery Rands, getting it’s design from Mr. Dog Safe. 

    The main focus of Dog Safe Records is making cassette tapes. Each one has been made at home, with each tape being dubbed and cover being printed one at a time by Luke.
