Washed Up started back in the Fall of 2022. Following the breakup of his band, Schizophrenic, Collin O'Connor wanted to start a new band. Off an app for finding band members Collin would find drummer Aron Farkas and guitarist Garrison. The three would form Washed Up with Collin as the bassist and singer. Their sound was something I could only describe as "Conspiracy Theory Emo" and they had only one release.
They would release the EP 4 Songs on January 20 of 2023. It featured fan favorite songs like Ted and Car Crash Anthem. Despite the EP's name, the cassette release featured a secret fifth track titled Meow. The band had a plethora of other songs that would go unreleased and it's unknown if they will ever see the light of day. The band broke up near the end of spring 2023, shortly after preforming at The Kingdom.
