WILLOWBARK! is made up of high school friends Rafael Carrera, Joseph Hampson, and Maddox Bain. They began by rapping off of free beats they would find off of YouTube. But they have since evolved into making their own music with instruments. They released their first single, Alumni, on October 17th 2024. It was then followed by their debut EP, WE ARE WILLOWBARK! on December 16th. The band played their first show with the Medicine Cabinet on New Year's Eve.
